Düchting Pumpen supplies high-pressure pumps, booster pumps and further process pumps for the current largest desalination plant in China, located nearby the city Tianjin. The Tianjin Dagang Newspring Desalination Plant will produce up the 150,000 cubic meters of desalinatined water. Factories and power plants will use 80 per cent while locale homes received the rest.
The high-pressure multistage pumps of type ROWA-HP are speed controlled driven by 1800 kW motors and are feeding the reverse osmosis membranes together with also speed controlled booster pumps of type ROWA-HPB.
