Our Philosophy
Being
a medium-size enterprise, DUCHTING PUMPEN continuously looks
for and satisfies highly-specialised technical niches, always with
the aim to become the best player in this market segment.
Quality instead of quantity - this is our definition of successful
customer relationship, and for us this is the only way to survive
in an ever more globalising market.
At DUCHTING PUMPEN, we believe that the best prerequisite for
meeting these goals is a highly-qualified, ambitious workforce made
up of employees that can work independently, continue to enhance their
professional as well as personal skills and enjoy their job. This
implies, on the other hand, that there is no room for what may be
called a traditional management hierarchy.
Customer Service!
Given
the fact that DUCHTING PUMPEN is a medium-size enterprise, we
obviously have to look for qualified and reliable partners that assist
us in our global operations, for example by offering immediate local
support to our customers once we have installed their pumps.
Nevertheless, a small service team of highly-skilled DUCHTING PUMPEN employees is, of course, available for our customers 24 hours
a day/seven
days a week. If anywhere in the world there is a problem with one
of our pumps, this top-quality service team will give on-site assistance
within a maximum of 48 hours. This has become necessary not least
because an increasing number of highly-specialised DUCHTING PUMPEN
pumps is now in
operation in many parts of the world.
Besides being of valuable assistance to our customers, the service
teams also provide an important contribution to the optimisation and
further development of our pumps: After all, it is only because of
their multi-faceted, practical on-site experience that our engineers
gain important new insights into potential trouble spots that may
need to be improved. For us here at DUCHTING PUMPEN, this, too,
is meant when we quote our motto "Quality through Experience".
