| Quality through Experience In our more than 60-year-old history, service has always been in the center of attention here at DUCHTING PUMPEN Maschinenfabrik. By paying close attention to our customers' individual needs and specifications, we have managed over the past decades to establish the sizes and qualities for new pumps and applications that today form the basis of our comprehensive product range. It was from this approach that we derived our motto "Quality through Experience", that today forms the basis of our company philosophy. For two generations now, DUCHTING PUMPEN has put this motto into practice in every department and work process. |

| DUCHTING PUMPEN international For us at DUCHTING PUMPEN, the current trend towards globalisation is both, a considerable callenge and a tremendous chance. As a result of this process, our pumps and our services have come to be in operation throughout the world. Although our international business activities may not yet cover every country, we are currently working on taping new markets, thus enhancing the international locations in which you can find our pumps in action. Among others, our new pump series present a sound backing for this plan, since they are characterised by innovative in-house developments that put them in a unique position on the world market. The future will show whether we will have to open yet new DUCHTING PUMPEN offices in locations other than Witten in Germany; however, there can be no doubt that we will continue to enhance our existing net of service and sales offices - either by means of international partners or on our own. Our co-operation with Sulzer Service for the Neue Bundeslaender is an important step in this direction, and the same applies to our partnership with Friatec Vienna with respect to our sales activities in several eastern-European states. |
