Since 1 April 2017, DÜCHTING PUMPEN also has its own sales office in the capital of Kazakhstan Nur-Sultan (formerly Astana). In a “come together” of our German-Kazakh colleagues, the future pillars for the country-specific distribution strategy were held during the multi-day event:

•      optimized goods deliveries
•      on-site service expansion
•      After sales service with typical reaction times

From now on, every customer in our new office in Astana will be professionally and “Düchting friendly” consulted. In addition, we are now also able to present our diverse product portfolio close to the customer and, if necessary, to advise them on the system on site.The pump market of Kazakhstan is remarkable and diverse.
